Among its major achievements, the CGR has negotiated and implemented global framework agreements in favor of Renault Group employees.
Notably, the first Global Framework Agreement signed in 2013.
Beyond negotiations, the CGR aims to be an essential channel for employee expression, in constant dialogue with Group Management.
Its objective is clear: to ensure that every employee, regardless of status or workplace, knows their rights and can assert them.
